You must have an IP Phone handset preconfigured for Grameen Call's service and connected to internet |

Simply pick up your phone and wait for dial tone |

Dial: Country Code + Area Code + Destination Number + # (no need for 0011 international prefix) |
|
 |
To re-try or make additional calls, simply hang-up and try again ( IP Phone does not incur any Local/STD call charges) |

| 4. Softphone |
|
 |
Softphone works exactly like the IP Phone minus the convenience of a handset |
|
 |
Softphone software must be installed on a computer that has internet access and configured with Grameen Calls server |
|
 |
Follow softphone instructions to make calls |
|
 |
